It describes the information collected from you (“You”, “Your” or “User”) when you visit findracapital.com and use our platform; how we collect, use, store, and disclose that information; your rights and choices; and how FindraCapital (“We”, “Us”, “Our”) operates the website and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

This Policy constitutes a legal agreement between You as the User of the Platform and FindraCapital. “User” means any person who visits, uses, and/or submits information through the Platform. You may use the Platform only if you are a natural person, a citizen of India, and at least eighteen (18) years of age.

By visiting or accessing the Platform and voluntarily providing Us with information, including personal information and sensitive personal information, You consent to Our use of the information in accordance with this Policy.

1. Collection and Storage of Personal Information

Personal information collected from Users is stored on secure servers located in India. We use reasonable safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of information against loss, theft, unauthorised access, disclosure, reproduction, use, or amendment. We implement security practices and procedures as mandated under applicable laws. However, You understand that transmission of data over the internet is not completely secure and any information transmitted to Us is at Your own risk. We assume no liability for disclosure due to transmission errors, unauthorised third-party access, or acts beyond Our reasonable control.

In order to provide a smooth and secure experience on our Platform, we may collect:

1. Information provided during registration and loan application, including name, date of birth, gender, mobile number, email address, PAN, mother’s name, employment details, income details, addresses, and pin code.
2. FindraCapital is a digital lending facilitation platform that partners with RBI-regulated banks and NBFCs (“Lending Partners”) to help Users apply for loan and related financial products. With Your explicit consent, we may collect additional information required to process Your application, including:
   • Employment and business details (employer name, company type, office address)
   • Residence and address information
   • Loan product preference, loan amount, and residence type
   • KYC and income-related documents uploaded by You on the Platform
   • Any other information required by Lending Partners or applicable law
3. Technical information: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referral source, and cookies or similar technologies used to operate and improve the Platform.

We do not access or collect mobile phone resources such as contact lists, call logs, telephony functions, SMS content, or biometric data through the website. Document uploads are limited to files You voluntarily submit through our application forms.

3. Disclosure / Sharing of Personal Information

1. With Lending Partners: Personal information is shared with our Lending Partners and credit bureaus, where applicable, for the purpose of processing Your loan application, subject to Your explicit consent.
2. Service communications: By registering or applying on the Platform, You authorise FindraCapital to send service-related emails and messages regarding Your application status, account activity, and platform updates. You may withdraw consent for non-essential marketing communications by writing to support@findracapital.com.
3. Disclosure to third parties: We do not sell Your personal information. We may share information with affiliates, employees, and service providers strictly for operating the Platform, hosting, analytics, and fulfilling the purposes described in this Policy, subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.

4. Right to Withdrawal of Consent

You may request correction, updating, or deletion of Your personal information by contacting Us at support@findracapital.com. If You withdraw consent for processing necessary to provide our services, we may be unable to continue processing Your loan application.

You are responsible for ensuring that information You provide is accurate and up to date. Upon receiving a valid correction request, we will endeavour to update our records within a reasonable period.

5. Data Security

FindraCapital uses appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect Your information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials associated with Your account. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Storage and Information Security

User information is stored in access-controlled facilities with restricted access. Information transmitted over the internet is protected using encryption (such as SSL/TLS) where applicable. Our infrastructure may use reputable cloud service providers with safeguards including firewalls, access controls, and monitoring aligned with applicable laws and industry practices.

All information You provide is stored on servers located in India. In the event of a security breach affecting Your information, we will take reasonable steps to mitigate harm and notify You electronically where appropriate.

7. Data Retention and Destruction

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including regulatory, legal, and operational requirements. Application and KYC-related records may be retained for periods required under applicable law and partner lender policies.

Where permitted by law, anonymised and aggregated data may be used for analytics and service improvement without identifying You personally.

8. Grievance Redressal Mechanism

FindraCapital has designated a Grievance Redressal Officer to address complaints relating to digital lending services and this Privacy Policy.

We aim to resolve complaints within 48–72 hours of receipt.

9. Amendment of Privacy Policy

This Policy may be modified from time to time to reflect changes in law, regulation, or our practices. Material updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

10. Jurisdiction and Governing Laws

This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from this Policy, subject to applicable law.

11. Change in Privacy Policy

We will inform Users of material changes to our rules, privacy policy, or user terms as required under applicable regulations. Continued use of the Platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
