How to raise a complaint
Raise a complaint online or check your ticket status.
Please include:
- your name and the mobile number you used on FindraCapital,
- the product you applied for, if any, and
- a short description of the issue, with any screenshots or messages that help.
Never send us your OTP, card details, or banking passwords. We will never ask for them.
What happens next
- We acknowledge your complaint.
- We look into it and reply to you with our response.
- If your complaint is about a loan, such as a decision, interest, fees, disbursal, repayment, or collection, we forward it to the grievance officer of the bank or NBFC handling your application and tell you that we have done so.
Complaints about a loan
The bank or NBFC that handles your loan has its own grievance redressal officer, whose details are in your loan documents and on that institution’s website. You can contact them directly as well.
Escalating to the Reserve Bank of India
If a complaint against a bank or NBFC is not resolved within 30 days, or you are not satisfied with the reply, you can file a complaint under the Reserve Bank – Integrated Ombudsman Scheme on the RBI Complaint Management System: https://cms.rbi.org.in.
To report an entity that is collecting deposits or lending without authorisation, you can use RBI Sachet: https://sachet.rbi.org.in.
